When you’re on a budget and looking for a cheap, healthy and tasty way to feed your family, halal meats are a popular option.
The main ingredient in halal, the meat that’s considered unclean by Muslims, is chicken.
You’ll get chicken in many dishes such as spaghetti, chicken nuggets, chicken stew, chicken salad, chicken sandwiches, chicken burgers, chicken soup, chicken salads and chicken curries.
Here’s how to make halal chicken without going to a halal restaurant.
Chop the meat 1.
Cook the meat in a large pan and then add in some chicken stock.
You can use regular stock or you can use a brand you love.
Add in some chopped garlic and then stir in some olive oil.
Add the chicken broth and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
Add some salt and pepper and let sit for 30 minutes.
Add water and let this cook for another 20 minutes.
Taste the soup and add more salt to taste.
Season with more salt and add the chicken.
Serve with some chopped tomatoes and a slice of white bread.
