“Impossible is Nothing” – Flying Fur Custom Meats was featured by the Belgrade News. “My dad said I was chasing an impossible dream,” he said of opening a butcher shop. But Litschauer stood in the middle of his tidy shop recently and talked about his business, Flying Fur Custom Meats, that he originally started with a five-inch knife and a piece of plywood in the back of his pickup truck.
